The Merge Databases toll will allow you to use computers that are not networked together. You can even have computers across town and gather the databases and merge them into your main database that you use for printing reports and exporting to PayWindow and such.
Select Database Path
Use the 3 dots [...] button to open the File Open Dialog and locate the database on the removable drive to merge with your database.
You would use the Copy to Removable Drive button on the computers that do not have access to your main database to have a removable drive for the above merge feature.
